How can i straighten my hair without using straighteners?

Ok, I'm a guy (just to clear that up), I'm growing my hair (like an emo style) and my mum says i can't use straighteners because they will apparently damage my hair, she also says to consult a hairdresser. But i cant be bothered with that, anyway back to the question, does anyone know any way that i can straighten my hair without straighteners?

You didn't describe your hair as it is NOW but there are a ton of pomades/waxes out there that if you put them in and brush your hair a lot it will stay straight.. I know a lot of guys who do this and have naturally curly/wavy hair..

Or! You could blowdry it, on a cool setting and brush the hell out of it :) That's what I do! [my hair is very short and curly]

Try 'em both together if you want..

Good luck.

Okay firstly you CAN straighten your hair but its best to use a really good protection. Tressemme have a good one that isn't too expensive but you have to put it in when you hair is wet I have some that is by John Freida I think which is really good. By the way my straightners by remington haven't damaged my hair at all! As long you only do it once or twice A MONTH!!

But if you really want to not do that - then I have a straightening shampoo that works really well. You simply wash it in and then it straightens. You can also try washing your hair brushing it straight and then spraying with hairspray to hold it in place.

The best option is too just straighten it!

Hope I Helpedd.

blow dry it. that is what I do, because I am too lazy to straighten it. Also, you can buy some straightening serum, and that should help. good luck.
