How do you get hair super straight?

When I straighten my hair, it always seems to curl up at the ends after a while.

I use a hair dryer, straightener, and straightnener serum.

Any suggestions?

The best straightener (in my opinion) Is the Solia Tourmaline flat iron. Use a straightening shampoo and conditioner (Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight. Then apply a smoothing cream or spray (Dove heat damage hair spray i think?) Straighten your hair, I think the Solia one is good because it seals the cuticle so it doesnt curl at the ends. Then apply a shining, smoothing serum.

Also maybe use bedhead manipulator to add more piece-yness so it looks like you didnt work too hard on your hair.

Try a more expensive flat iron. The more expensive, the better it works and the more percentage of ceramic in it.

okay i have natural pin straight hair, nobody ever believes me but i'm not here to brag. my mom has very curly hair (my dad has straight) and to get really straight hair she relaxes/permantly straightens her hair. Its pricey (about a $100 or more) but it looks nice in the end and saves her time.

you could use sunsilks dangerously straight or something like that and use a heat protection spray before your straighten it. it usually helps. good luck.

What kind of hair do you have? I use a very expensive but well worth ceramic hair dryer/straightener. I also use a olive oil based spray for my hair. Whatever you do make sure you use a good moisturizer. Never use a chemical straightener on your hair. Trust me in the long run you'll regret it years from now.

Here's something I call homemade:

Take a shower in the morning. Tie your in at least 7 pins, %26amp; then make it into a bob. Leave your hair like this for at least 9 hours. After 9 hours, untie the bob... %26amp; ta-da, your hair is beautifully homemade straightened!

Use professional hair products like Paul Mitchell, I have the Paul Mitchell straightener and i LOVE it, it works amazing!!! Also make sure you are straightening your hair in small sections, that will give you the best results!!! Have fun!!!

I am the best person to answer this! I have VERY naturaly cury hair. I use a "clamp" type brush from Conair, called Go Straight Straightening Brush, it's about $8 at Target, Kmart, Rite Aid, Wal-greens or Meijer, basically any store like those. I included a link to it at the bottom, you can also buy it online. You need to start from the bottom up, make sections in your hair, use the brush, blow dry, then run a ceramic hair straigtener through if needed.

I use Paul Mitchell's "Super Skinny Serum", about $14 for 5.1oz. and Beyond the Zone's "Straight Shot" about $8 at Sally's Beauty Supply.

I use the Paul Mitchell before I blow dry but you don't need much, a little goes a long way, same with the Beyond the Zone. After blow drying if my hair is a bit frizzy I'll use just a tiny amount of the Paul Mitchell stuff again and the frizz is gone.

I also keep my hair just above shoulder length and dye it blonde. When I had it longer it would take me 2 hours to do my hair now it only takes about 45 min.

The brush is about halfway down in the products, it's name is right there and it's purple.

Good luck!
