Best hair straighteners under 鎷?0?

i have GHDs and i love them, but im going to uni soon and have to leave them at home for my sister and my mum to use... so seeing as im going to be a student soon, i need some cheap ones! i don't want to buy ones from ebay because if they break i wont have the warrenty. any recommendations?! i'm in the uk by the way.

I've had various straighteners for about 15 years now. I have Carmen at the moment. They are ace!!! Ceramic plates and red hot too. Think they were about 鎷?0.00. Good luck at Uni.

I have Andrew Collinge ones as i too had GHD but mine died and i couldn't afford 100 quid on GHDs. Andrew Collinge are good ones, ceremic coated plates and they get to 230. I have really thick hair and they get mine stright. They don't give that perfect finish GHDs do but they are good for general use.

I got a pair on ideal world tv they were a deal of the day and only cost 鎷?0. They look like ghd's and are really good.
