I got my 4rth perm a month ago.. my hair is fine and takes perms well. But my boyfriend just bought me a hair straightener. If i use it often will it ruin my perm?

it won't ruin it but it will definately cause damage. Plus if you have fine hair, straight might not be the way to go. Fine hair tends to go flat when you use a flat iron. I would use it a few times to show him you appreciate the gift but don't go overboard.

nope.. it shouldn't .. my hair is relaxed and i straighten it all the time.
