How do I stop myself from having fizzy hair?

I know I asked this question before, but I wasn't very clear, so let me say everything clearly now.

How can I stop myself from having frizzy hair, so its not frizzy, something not expensive, and something that will not damage my hair, I usually do a pony-tail, the top part is always easy for me to put down [scalp], but the part that lays down, is always frizzy, and doesn't stay together, is there some type of cheap product that is good for both parts, i don't wanna use something that will damage my hair, I'd like something cheap, and effective in a good way...and, how do i make my hair look natural, and shiny?My hair is usually good in the morning, but when I get to school, it's a mess, and I never let me hair open [down].The shampoo and conditioner I use is from Herbal Essences, and thats all I use, unless I run out, and have to use something else, but that usually doesn't happen. I don't have a hair straightener anymore, I forgot it on for a long time one day, and it broke, and I might get a new one but not now, some other time, I'm trying to save up money.Please Help!!! best answer=10 points...

its prolly the herbal essences. it drys your hair out like woahh. i would reccomend switching to a professional shampoo and condish like redken. also, condition every day and shampoo only every other day. do not brush it! combing will help a lot more. find a good leave in conditioner like aussie and run that through your damp hair, and let air dry.

You should go to a local CVS/Walgreens or any of those kind of stores and buy some sort of oil or something that says STRAIGHT or de-frizz...i usually buy those products. Or use gel like at the ends of you hair but dont use too much so that it will be hair use a little that will help it stay in place. and when using the gel add a little water fisrt and then apply the gel.
