Using any chemical at your age on your hair to straighten it would be disastrous. My mom was a beautician for 30 yrs. I grew up watching her. My best advice for now would be to do it this way even though it is temporary for a few days it is not as harsh. Wash your hair and lightly towel dry leaving the hair quiet wet. section off your hair into 3 layers from top to bottom.secure into pony tails. Start at the bottom layer using a LARGE! round brush blow dry pulling straight as you do it. once dry in the section go through with the cool setting on the dryer and set it. Continue on with the rest of your hair the same way. What might also help is using a hair serum and working it in to your hair before starting. Good luck. I have to say though I have grown up with stick straight hair and would give anything for curls!

My mate with wavy %26amp; thick hair used to carefully tie her hair in a ponytail, and then her mum would wrap a tight tightly on all the length.

That looked like some sort of rigid tail, but in the morning it was straight!

This begs the question: Why do you want it straight? Do you want to be like someone you are not?

But, if you insist on straightening it without the use of chemicals.........iron it.

well im 12 and i straighten my hair...but anywho.....i think there is this spray or wax that u can use to straightn ur hair. try going to a salon and ask them. or u can just blow dry it

Just get a hair product, like a mousse or a gel that helps to straighten hair. Work it into your hair when it's wet, and then blow dry it straight. That's the easiest way if you can't use other products.

is your hair curly or something? put a straightening serum in it that you get at like cvs or walgreens and blow dry it straight with a big round brush. that is not a straightener, it jsut helps your hair stay flat and frizz free. once that is done you put a flat iron through it. then you're good to go.

when blow drying use a certain type of brush with thick bristles and pull the brush down the hair making it striaght and blow dry down while the brush \goes down. or a clothes iron, which you'll need help and cant do it more then once or twice every week or two. You just might not have the hair for it, I dont know what it is but no one is happy with the hair they have. Eventually you'll learn you just have to work with what you have. goodluck

Hey..Im 14 %26amp; Straighten my hair?! ;] anyway if you dont wnna maybe blow dryin,or a serum/wax/or shampoo will help,i went hair dressers a couple of months ago and had chemical straightenin dun..it dries straight and stays straight the chemical doesnt ware of for about 5months and is great its also not tht dear! just ask the hairdressers for advice or ask for 'chemically straightened' hope ive helped! xxxx

Im 13 too and I started to straighten my hair since like 8 years old and let me tell you, It makes you go frizzzy!

So i would prefer to Dry blow it with a hair dryer.

Go down with a brush and take the dryers along with the brush!
